What are the schools hours?: The core hours are 8.40am – 3.05pm. Some courses start at 8.00am and some finish at 6.00pm.
What are the hours of the cafeteria?: The cafeteria is open 9.30am to 2.00pm each day..
Can I use the schools computers at any time?: Computer rooms can only be accessed when a teacher is present, however, there are computers in the library and on level 4 that students can use at any time. All students are issued with a password/their own account when they enrol.
Can I drive to school or be driven to school by another student?: All students are eligible to do so. Our advice from DET Legal Services is that under these circumstances all students must comply at all times with the RTA regulations.r
Is there a School Formal?: The Year 12 formal is organised by students in consultation with staff. It is held after the HSC and is an alcohol free event. The school will not support any formal for Year 11 students.
What do I do if I arrive late?: Students must use their ID cards to swipe in at the front office. Students who leave the school before 3.05pm for any reason must also swipe out. Students should note, that if they are marked absent during first period roll call and do not swipe in when they arrive at school, then the school’s automated roll marking system will send an email, SMS or call their parents during the day to advise them you have not attended.
What do I do if I lose my swipe card?: See the front office and a replacement fee of $6.00 is payable.
Does each student have a locker?: Unfortunately, the number of lockers is limited. Many students share a locker and a deposit of $10.00 is charged with a lock and key issued by the school.
